ATX Sucks (atxsucks.com, the “Site”) is a marketing site of Jorgenson Real Estate (“we,” “us”), a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site. The jokes are satire; this part is not.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, property address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, moving timeline, destination, quiz result, and message.
Basic technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the Site and keep it secure. The quiz runs in your browser; your answers are not sent to us unless you submit the form.
The Site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, including preparing a comparative market analysis (a pricing opinion from a licensed agent, not an appraisal) and discussing selling or moving.
- To introduce you to a real estate agent in another market if you tell us you are moving there and ask for help.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed real estate brokerage.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it with our agents and staff who respond to your request, with service providers that help us run the Site and deliver form submissions (hosting, email delivery, and our customer relationship software), with an agent in another market only if you ask us to connect you, and when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Use the form on the Site and say so in the message, and we will respond.
Security
The Site is served over encrypted connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect what we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
